Hope you are well and safe these days. The latest here at HeavyWood is the addition of a new recording by a quintet I've recently helped get together. The group is named PDXV (with the V pronounced "Vee" as in V-8. This is a great group of Portland's finest jazz musicians, with Rob Davis - tenor/sop saxes, Greg Goebel - piano, Dave Captein - bass, Todd Strait - drums along with myself on trpt & flugel. Check out the clips & also our website. If you like straight-ahead jazz you'll most likely appreciate this group.
